Approving the first amendment of the redevelopment proposal for the Fifty-first and Baltimore Avenue Urban Renewal Area, being the area in and around the 5000 and 5100 block of Baltimore avenue at Fifty-first street, including the first amendment to the urban renewal plan and the relocation plan, which provides, inter alia, for the additional land acquisition of approximately twenty-four (24) properties for institutional and related uses; the provision of certain relocation services, as required by law and declaring that condemnation is not imminent with respect to the Project.
