This enacted ordinance approved the ninth amendment to the redevelopment and urban renewal plans for the Nicetown Urban Renewal Area. The amendment provides for acquiring about five additional properties for residential and related uses, relocation services for people and businesses affected by the redevelopment, and states that condemnation is not imminent and depends on available public funds.

Approving the ninth amendment of the redevelopment proposal for the Nicetown Urban Renewal Area, being the area beginning at the intersection of the easterly side of Broad street and the northerly side of Wingohocking street, projected, including the Ninth amendment to the urban renewal plan and the amended relocation plan, which provides, inter alia, for the additional land acquisition of approximately five ( 5 ) properties for residential and related uses; the provision of certain relocation services, as required by law; and declaring that condemnation is not imminent with respect to the Project.
