This enacted ordinance changes the Philadelphia Zoning Maps for certain areas within boundaries including Christopher Columbus Boulevard, Fairmount Avenue, Front Street, Brown Street, I-95, Poplar Street, Laurel Street, and Canal Street. It replaces the existing zoning designations with those shown on Map B, and it does not become effective unless $200 is paid into the City Treasury within 60 days after approval.

To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Christopher Columbus Boulevard, Fairmount Avenue, Front Street, Brown Street, I-95, Poplar Street, Front Street, Laurel Street, Christopher Columbus Boulevard, Canal Street and Poplar Street.
