This enacted bill authorizes the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development to apply for up to $1 million in state Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program funding to support construction and related public infrastructure improvements for a new Rock School of Ballet rehearsal facility. It also authorizes agreements between the City and PAID and requires the City or project recipient to cover costs above $1 million and reimburse the state for certain ineligible expenses or costs if the project is not completed on time.

Authorizing the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development ("PAID") to file an application with the Office of the Budget, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, under the Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program, in an amount not to exceed One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) to assist in the construction of a new rehearsal facility for the Rock School of Ballet; and authorizing the City to enter into an agreement with PAID in furtherance of grant requirements; all under certain terms and conditions.
