This enacted ordinance changes the Philadelphia Zoning Maps for certain land within the area bounded by Allegheny Avenue, Collins Street, Westmoreland Street, and Tulip Street. It replaces the existing zoning designations with the designations shown on the ordinance’s Map B, subject to a $200 payment to the City Treasury within 60 days after approval.
