This enacted ordinance authorizes changes to the City Plan that vacate Harlan, Stewart, and Nassau Streets between 21st and 22nd Streets. It reserves a right-of-way for gas mains in portions of Stewart and Nassau Streets and requires affected property owners to meet conditions involving agreements, utility and street changes, access for Philadelphia Gas Works, bonds, and related costs.

Authorizing and directing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 120 by striking from the City Plan and vacating Harlan Street, Stewart Street and Nassau Street, each from 21st Street to 22nd Street, and by reserving and placing on the City Plan a right-of-way for gas main purposes within the beds of Stewart Street and Nassau Street being stricken under authority of this Ordinance, all under certain terms and conditions.
