This enacted ordinance authorizes the City to accept ownership of the parcel at 843–47 North 12th Street, formerly the site of the Spring Garden School, from the School District of Philadelphia for $1. It also authorizes the City to transfer the property to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development for $1, under terms set to protect the City’s interests.
