This enacted bill expands the Passyunk Avenue Special District Controls to cover all commercially zoned properties fronting Passyunk Avenue between Washington Avenue and Twenty-fifth Street, as well as all properties in the East Passyunk Avenue Business Improvement District. The change affects property owners and businesses within those boundaries by placing them under the district’s zoning controls.

Amending Section 14-1621 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Passyunk Avenue Special District Controls," by expanding the District boundaries to include properties located in the East Passyunk Avenue Business Improvement District, all under certain terms and conditions.
