This enacted ordinance authorizes the City to remove Perth Street from the City Plan and vacate it between Jefferson and Oxford Streets, while widening Franklin Street by 44 feet on its west side between the same streets. The party requesting these changes must meet conditions including obtaining required agreements, paying related costs, adjusting affected street and utility facilities, and dedicating the widened portion of Franklin Street to the City.

Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 119 by striking from the City Plan and vacating Perth Street and widening Franklin Street, both from Jefferson Street to Oxford Street, under certain terms and conditions.
