This enacted ordinance authorizes the City to add Florist Street to the official City Plan between specified points on 2nd and 3rd Streets. It requires the affected property to be dedicated to the City for street use without cost or encumbrances, along with agreements protecting the City from claims; if the property stops being used as a public street, it must revert to the Delaware River Port Authority or the Authority must be paid its fair market value.

Authorizing and directing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 271 by placing on the City Plan Florist Street from a point on 2nd Street approximately 131' north of the north side of Race Street to a point on 3rd Street approximately 157' north of the north side of Race Street, under certain terms and conditions, including the dedication to the City, free and clear of all encumbrances, of the bed of Florist Street.
