Authorizing and directing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 271 by placing on the City Plan Florist Street from a point on 2nd Street approximately 131' north of the north side of Race Street to a point on 3rd Street approximately 157' north of the north side of Race Street, under certain terms and conditions, including the dedication to the City, free and clear of all encumbrances, of the bed of Florist Street.
