This enacted ordinance amends Philadelphia’s rules for off-street parking in residential districts. It requires a Zoning Board of Adjustment certificate to provide off-street parking for certain new or existing one-family and duplex homes in R-9, R-9A, R-10, and R-10A districts when nearby attached homes do not have parking and the proposed homes lack access to a rear street or driveway.

Amending Section 14-1402 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Parking in Residential Districts," by restricting off-street parking in residential districts, under certain terms and conditions.
