This enacted bill authorizes Temple University Health System, Inc. and Hunting Fox Associates III, L.P. to construct and maintain an approximately 145-foot-long pedestrian bridge over Stokley Street southeast of West Hunting Park Avenue. The bridge must meet City requirements and obtain required permits and approvals; the parties must also cover related costs, provide insurance or equivalent protections, and remove the bridge and restore the street if the City gives notice for a municipal construction project.

Authorizing Temple University Health System, Inc. and Hunting Fox Associates III, L.P. to construct and maintain a pedestrian bridge over and across Stokley Street, southeast of West Hunting Park Avenue, under certain terms and conditions.
