The enacted ordinance authorizes the Board of Surveyors to revise part of City Plan No. 143 in the area bounded by Arch Street, Conestoga Street, Market Street, and 56th Street. It allows two rights-of-way in the former Filbert and Allison Streets to be removed from the plan, subject to agreements covering liability, utility and street-related work, a bond, advertising costs, and payment of $200 to the City Treasury.
