This enacted measure amended Philadelphia’s rules for automated red-light enforcement. It authorized red-light enforcement systems at Broad Street and Oregon Avenue and at Grays Ferry Avenue and 34th Street, and shortened the warning-only phase-in period at each intersection from 120 days to 60 days.

Amending Chapter 12-3000 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Use Of An Automated Red Light Enforcement System To Prevent Red Light Violations," by authorizing the installation of red light enforcement systems at the intersection of Broad Street at Oregon Avenue and at the intersection of Grays Ferry Avenue at 34th Street, and by reducing to sixty days the phase-in period during which only warnings are issued, all under certain terms and conditions.
