This enacted law prohibits street vending and sidewalk sales on the south side of Spring Garden Street between 15th and 16th Streets. It affects vendors and others who sell or display goods in that area.

Amending Title 9 of The Philadelphia Code, by amending Section 9-203 relating to Street Vendors and Section 9-205 relating to Sidewalk Sales, by prohibiting street and sidewalk vending on certain portions of Spring Garden Street.
