This enacted ordinance authorizes Evangelisonna of Theotokos Greek Orthodox Church to maintain its existing entrance at 6501-05 Bustleton Avenue, including two exterior stairs, a handicapped-accessible ramp, and a raised landing that extends into the public footway. The church must obtain required permits and approvals, follow City conditions, and remove the entrance and restore the footway if the City gives 30 days’ notice for a municipal or City-sponsored construction project.

Authorizing Evangelisonna of Theotokos Greek Orthodox Church to construct, operate and maintain an existing raised platform entrance which consists of two (2) exterior stairs, a handicapped entrance ramp and a raised platform landing providing ingress/egress from the church located on the eastern part of 6501-05 Bustleton Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19149, under certain terms and conditions.
