The enacted ordinance authorizes George Wake, doing business as Big George’s Diner, to operate and maintain an existing one-story addition at 285 S. 52nd Street and construct, operate, and maintain a new one-story addition at 283 S. 52nd Street. The additions extend onto the public sidewalks and must comply with City requirements, permits, insurance, and other conditions, including removal if needed for a City construction project.

Authorizing George Wake, d/b/a "Big George's Diner," to construct, operate and maintain an existing one-story building addition located at 285 S. 52nd Street on the north sidewalk of Spruce Street and the east sidewalk of S. 52nd Street, and a proposed one-story building addition to be located at 283 S. 52nd Street on the east sidewalk of S. 52nd Street, under certain terms and conditions.
