The enacted ordinance authorizes Philadelphia’s Commissioner of Public Property to acquire full ownership of some or all of certain real estate parcels in Tinicum Township, Delaware County, and to obtain aviation-related easements over some or all of those parcels. It also authorizes the City Solicitor to approve the documents needed for these acquisitions.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of The City of Philadelphia, to acquire fee simple title to some or all of certain real estate parcels in Tinicum Township, Delaware County and to acquire a lesser interest, in the form of avigation easements, in some or all such parcels; all under certain terms and conditions.
