The enacted ordinance authorizes the City to remove from the City Plan and vacate Odd Fellows Avenue between Brown Street and a dead end about 150 feet north of Brown Street. The property owner or other party requesting the change must meet conditions, including filing agreements and a bond, paying certain costs, and covering needed changes or removal of street, utility, lighting, and other public infrastructure.

Authorizing and directing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 271 by striking from the City Plan and vacating Odd Fellows Avenue from Brown Street to a dead end approximately 150' northwardly therefrom, under certain terms and conditions.
