This enacted bill authorizes the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development to apply for up to $500,000 in state redevelopment assistance funds for repairs and upgrades to buildings at 1952 East Allegheny Avenue used by Impact Services and created by Opportunity Park. It also authorizes agreements related to the grant and requires the City or project recipient to cover costs above $500,000 and reimburse the state for certain ineligible expenses or an unfinished project.

Authorizing the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development ("PAID") to file an application with the Office of the Budget, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, under the Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program, in an amount not to exceed Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000) to assist in the development of Impact Services; and authorizing the City to enter into an agreement with PAID in furtherance of grant requirements; all under certain terms and conditions.
