This enacted ordinance authorizes the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development to apply for up to $2.575 million in state Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program grants for construction or renovations at Cancer Treatment Centers of America at Parkview Hospital, the Mural Arts Center, and Project H.O.M.E.’s learning center. It also authorizes an agreement between the City and PAID and requires the City or project recipients to cover costs above the grant amount and repay the state for certain ineligible or unfinished project expenses.

Authorizing the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development ("PAID") to file an application with the Office of the Budget, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, under the Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program, in an aggregate amount not to exceed Two Million Five Hundred Seventy-five Thousand Dollars ($2,575,000) to assist in the development of Cancer Treatment Centers of America at Parkview Hospital, Mural Arts Center, and Project H.O.M.E.; and authorizing the City to enter into an agreement with PAID in furtherance of grant requirements; all under certain terms and conditions.
