The enacted ordinance authorizes changes to the City Plan that vacate approximately 175 feet of Orianna Street north from Chestnut Street to a dead end. It also reserves a right-of-way within the former street bed for drainage and water main purposes, subject to agreements, access requirements, damage protections, and payment of specified costs by affected property owners or other parties in interest.

Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 307 by striking from the City Plan and vacating Orianna Street from Chestnut Street northwardly approximately 175' to a dead-end, and by reserving and placing on the City Plan a certain right-of-way for drainage purposes and water main purposes within the bed of Orianna Street, under certain terms and conditions.
