This enacted bill authorizes the City Solicitor to enter into a contract lasting up to four years for editing, organizing, marketing, and producing printed and electronic versions of the 9th edition of The Philadelphia Code and periodic supplements. The City’s annual payments under the contract may not exceed $40,000.
