This enacted ordinance authorizes changes to the City Plan to add Epiphany Place, a short street extending from Livezey Street, and a right-of-way for a gas main. It requires affected property owners to provide the City and Philadelphia Gas Works with specified agreements and access, dedicate the street bed to the City at no cost, and pay the cost of advertising the required public hearing.

Authorizing and directing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 299 by placing on the City Plan Epiphany Place and a right-of-way for gas main purposes, and including the dedication to the City, free and clear of all encumbrances, of the bed of Epiphany Place, all under certain terms and conditions.
