This enacted ordinance approved Philadelphia Gas Works’ Fiscal Year 2007 capital budget for up to $72,786,000 and authorized spending on listed capital projects during the fiscal year. It placed conditions on certain funds, including requiring Gas Commission approval for some projects, and acknowledged PGW’s forecast of capital budgets for fiscal years 2008 through 2012.
