This enacted bill authorizes the Water Commissioner to enter into an agreement with the owners of 627 Saint Georges Road for a permanent right-of-way through the property for drainage and sewer purposes. The agreement allows the City to access, construct, replace, maintain, repair, and inspect drainage and sewer facilities connecting Saint Georges Road to Fairmount Park property, while placing restrictions on construction or alterations within the easement.

Authorizing the Water Commissioner, on behalf of the City, to enter into an agreement with the owners of 627 Saint Georges Road for the grant of a right-of-way to the City for drainage and sewer purposes through the property from Saint Georges Road to approximately 385 feet north of Saint Georges Road to Fairmount Park property, under certain terms and conditions.
