The enacted ordinance authorizes revisions to the City Plan to widen portions of City Avenue, Monument Road, and Presidential Boulevard and to vacate a small portion at the City Avenue–Monument Road intersection. It requires affected property owners or other parties in interest to dedicate the widened street areas to the City, cover related costs, make necessary changes to sidewalks, utilities, lighting, and other street equipment, and provide agreements and a bond protecting the City from related claims and expenses.

Authorizing and directing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 190 within the general area of City Avenue, Monument Road and Presidential Boulevard, all under certain terms and conditions, including the dedication to the City, free and clear of all encumbrances, of the beds of the portions of City Avenue, Monument Road and Presidential Boulevard as proposed to be widened by this Ordinance.
