The enacted ordinance grants Nathan Ross and Samuel Lynagh, owners of New Wave Café at 782-784 South Third Street, permission to operate a sidewalk café with six tables extending up to about four feet onto the north side of Catharine Street, while leaving about eight feet of walkway unobstructed. They must obtain all required permits and approvals, enter into an agreement with the City, meet insurance and other requirements, pay $200 into the City Treasury, and remove the café within 30 days if lawfully ordered by the Streets Department.

Granting permission to Nathan Ross and Samuel Lynagh, owners of New Wave Café, located at 782-784 South Third street, to operate and maintain an open air sidewalk cafe on the north footway of Catharine street adjacent to 782-784 South Third street, under certain terms and conditions.
