This enacted ordinance authorizes 1500 Net-Works Associates, L.P., and its successors and assigns, to build, own, and maintain four raised planter clusters next to two building entrances on the south footway of Spring Garden Street. The property owner must obtain required permits and approvals, meet insurance and other conditions, and remove the planters and restore the area if the City gives notice for a municipal construction project.

Authorizing 1500 Net-Works Associates, L.P., 1500 Spring Garden Street, Philadelphia, PA, 19130, its successors and assigns, to construct, own and maintain four (4) raised planter clusters, under certain terms and conditions.
