RECONSIDERED

This enacted ordinance authorizes the owner of 7252 Marsden Street to construct, own, and maintain a vestibule addition extending about 10 feet onto the south sidewalk of Cottman Avenue, while leaving a 10-foot-wide clear walkway. The owner must obtain required permits and approvals, follow City rules, maintain insurance or acceptable self-insurance, cover related costs, and remove the addition and restore the sidewalk if the City gives 180 days’ notice for a municipal construction project.

Authorizing the owner of 7252 Marsden Street at the southwest corner of Cottman Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19135, to construct, own and maintain an addition on the south public sidewalk of Cottman Avenue adjacent to the property, under certain terms and conditions.
