This enacted ordinance repeals Section 2 of a 2005 ordinance that changed Philadelphia’s zoning maps for land in an area bounded by Christopher Columbus Boulevard, Fairmount Avenue, Front Street, Brown Street, I-95, Poplar Street, Laurel Street, and Canal Street. The repeal took effect immediately.

Repealing Section 2 of the Ordinance (Bill No. 050418) approved December 1, 2005, entitled "An Ordinance to amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Christopher Columbus Boulevard, Fairmount Avenue, Front Street, Brown Street, I-95, Poplar Street, Front Street, Laurel Street, Christopher Columbus Boulevard, Canal Street and Poplar Street."
