This enacted ordinance authorizes changes to the City Plan that vacate the southeastern 20 feet of Arendell Avenue between State Road and James Street, narrowing that portion of the street. The affected property owner or other party in interest must meet specified conditions, including covering required adjustments to sidewalks, utilities, lighting, and other city facilities, providing indemnification and bonds, and paying hearing-advertising costs.

Authorizing and directing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 312 by striking from the City Plan and vacating the southeasterly 20' portion of Arendell Avenue from State Road northwestwardly to James Street thereby narrowing Arendell Avenue, under certain terms and conditions.
