This enacted measure authorizes automated red-light enforcement at the intersection of Southampton Road and Roosevelt Boulevard. It reduces the warning-only phase from 120 days to 60 days, after which penalties may be issued to drivers who violate red-light rules at the intersection.

Amending Chapter 12-3000 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Use Of An Automated Red Light Enforcement System To Prevent Red Light Violations," by authorizing the installation of red light enforcement systems at the intersection of Southampton Road at Roosevelt Boulevard, and by reducing to sixty days the phase-in period during which only warnings are issued, all under certain terms and conditions.
