This enacted ordinance authorizes paving work on Palermo Drive, Colli Drive, Milano Drive, San Vincenzo Drive, Napoli Way, Pietro Way, Messina Way, Hartranft Street, Calabria Way, Foggia Drive, Salerno Way, Roma Drive, Genoa Drive, and Trieste Way, along the street segments listed in the ordinance. It also allows the party with an interest in the project to instead provide an agreement and bond covering the full paving cost, and requires a $200 payment into the City Treasury within 120 days for the ordinance to take effect.

Authorizing the paving of Palermo Drive, Colli Drive, Milano Drive, San Vincenzo Drive, Napoli Way, Pietro Way, Messina Way, Hartranft Street, Calabria Way, Foggia Drive, Salerno Way, Roma Drive, Genoa Drive and Trieste Way, under certain terms and conditions.
