This enacted measure amended Philadelphia’s street rules to prohibit new curb cuts within 65 feet of residential property when they would provide vehicle or delivery-truck access from a city street to an Area Shopping Center District lot of at least 625,000 square feet. Exceptions apply when the curb cut would be the only vehicle access to an off-street parking area or would serve emergency or public-service vehicles.

Amending Title 11 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Streets," by prohibiting the construction or establishment of curb cuts for vehicular access to certain shopping areas, under certain terms and conditions.
