This enacted ordinance gives Krishna Krupa, LLC, which operates the newsstand at Broad and Locust Streets, permission to build and maintain underground conduits in the public right-of-way to provide electrical and telephone service to the newsstand. The company must obtain required permits and utility approvals, enter into an agreement with the City, provide a bond and insurance, and pay $200; the permission expires if these requirements are not met within one year after the ordinance became law.

Granting permission to Krishna Krupa, LLC, owner and operator of the newsstand located on the northwest corner of Broad and Locust Streets, to construct, use and maintain conduits for fiber optic facilities in, under and across the northwest corner of Broad and Locust Streets, for the purpose of supplying electrical service and telephone service to said newsstand.
