This enacted bill authorizes the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development to apply for up to $3 million in Pennsylvania Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program grants for improvements at the Lutheran Theological Seminary Learning Center, Allen’s Lane Art Center, and Chestnut Hill College’s Student and Community Center. It also authorizes an agreement with the City and requires the City or project recipients to cover matching costs and reimburse the state for certain ineligible expenses or unfinished projects.

Authorizing the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development ("PAID") to file an application with the Office of the Budget, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, under the Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program, in an aggregate amount not to exceed Three Million Dollars ($3,000,000) to assist in the development of the Lutheran Theological Seminary Learning Center, the Allen's Lane Art Center, and the Chestnut Hill College Student and Community Center; and authorizing the City to enter into an agreement with PAID in furtherance of grant requirements; all under certain terms and conditions.
