This enacted bill authorizes the University of Pennsylvania and its health system to build and maintain a pedestrian bridge over Convention Avenue. The bridge will connect the UPHS Penn Tower Complex at One Convention Avenue with the proposed Perlman Center for Advanced Medicine at 3400 Civic Center Boulevard, subject to required permits, city agreements, insurance or self-insurance, and other conditions.

Authorizing The Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania, University of Pennsylvania Health System (UPHS), 3400 Spruce Street, Philadelphia, PA, 19104, to construct and maintain a pedestrian bridge over and across Convention Avenue, connecting the UPHS Penn Tower Complex (One Convention Avenue) with the proposed Perlman Center for Advanced Medicine (3400 Civic Center Boulevard), under certain terms and conditions.
