This enacted ordinance grants Nitin Desai, who owns and operates the newsstand at 18th and Arch Streets, permission to install and maintain conduits under and across the public right-of-way to provide electrical and telephone service to the newsstand. The work must follow City rules and obtain required permits and approvals, with agreements, insurance, and other protections for the City; the permission expires if the requirements are not completed within one year.

Granting permission to Nitin Desai owner and operator of the newsstand located on the northwest corner of 18th Street and Arch Street, to construct, use and maintain conduits for fiber optic facilities in, under and across 18th Street and Arch Street, for the purpose of supplying electrical service and telephone service to said newsstand.
