This enacted ordinance grants Chunho Won, the owner and operator of the newsstand at 18th and Market Streets, permission to install and maintain underground conduits across the public right-of-way to provide electrical and telephone service to the newsstand. The work must follow City rules and obtain required approvals, agreements, insurance, and utility-company confirmations, and the permission expires if the requirements are not completed within one year.

Granting permission to Chunho Won owner and operator of the newsstand located on the southwest corner of 18th Street and Market Street, to construct, use and maintain conduits for fiber optic facilities in, under and across 18th Street and Market Street, for the purpose of supplying electrical service and telephone service to said newsstand.
