Granting permission to Alfredo Aguilar, owner of the property 426-428 West Girard avenue, d/b/a Las Casuelas Café, to operate and maintain an open-air sidewalk café on the south footway of Girard avenue adjacent to 426-428 West Girard avenue, under certain terms and conditions.
