This enacted ordinance authorizes the City to revise the official lines and grades to place Edgemont Street on the City Plan from Juniata Street to Berkshire Street, about 235 feet northwest of Salmon Street. The property owner or other party involved must meet conditions including dedicating the street bed to the City at no cost, filing agreements protecting the City from claims, paying advertising costs, and paying $200 toward the ordinance’s costs.

Authorizing and directing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 305 by placing on the City Plan Edgemont Street from Juniata Street to Berkshire Street, at the distance of approximately 235' northwest of Salmon Street, under certain terms and conditions, including the dedication to the City, free and clear of all encumbrances, of the bed of Edgemont Street.
