This enacted ordinance authorizes the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development to apply for up to $1.4 million in state Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program funding for redeveloping three vacant commercial buildings at Roosevelt Boulevard and Bustleton Avenue into a Chevrolet sales and service dealership. It also authorizes an agreement between the City and PAID and requires the City or designated project recipient to cover costs above the grant amount and repay the state for ineligible expenses or projects not completed on time.

Authorizing the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development ("PAID") to file an application with the Office of the Budget, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, under the Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program, in an aggregate amount not to exceed One Million Four Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,400,000) to assist in the redevelopment of the Roosevelt Boulevard and Bustleton Avenue area and authorizing the City to enter into an agreement with PAID in furtherance of grant requirements; all under certain terms and conditions.
