This enacted ordinance gives Peggy Jones-Musa, who operates a newsstand at Chelten Avenue and Greene Street, permission to install and maintain overhead electrical and telecommunications lines from a new utility pole across the public right-of-way. The work must follow City rules and still requires any permits and approvals required by law, along with agreements, insurance, and approvals from PECO and Verizon.

Granting permission to Peggy Jones - Musa, owner and operator of the newsstand located on the northeast corner of Chelten Avenue and Greene Street, to construct, use and maintain overhead electrical and telecommunications lines from a new utility pole over and across the public right-of-way, for the purpose of supplying electrical service and telephone service to said newsstand.
