This enacted bill requires Philadelphia mobile food vendors to renew their licenses every six months. Before a license is approved or renewed, the Department must inspect the vendor’s cart or vehicle for health and safety compliance, and the fee for a mobile vending unit is $125 per year.

Amending Title 6 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Health Code," by requiring semiannual inspection of mobile food vendors and providing for fees, all under certain terms and conditions.
