This enacted ordinance authorizes the Board of Surveyors to revise the City Plan and vacate the legally open portions of Lewellen Street between Delaware Avenue and Canal Street. Property owners or other parties with an interest must meet conditions including indemnifying the City, paying related costs, and making or paying for any required changes to streets, utilities, lighting, hydrants, sewers, and other infrastructure.
Authorizing and directing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 271 by striking from the City Plan and vacating the legally open portions of Lewellen Street from Delaware Avenue to Canal Street, under certain terms and conditions.
