This enacted ordinance authorizes the City’s Commissioner of Public Property to transfer ownership of certain city-owned parcels and their buildings near Penrose Ferry Road and Fort Mifflin Road to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development for a nominal payment, so the authority can later convey them at fair market value. The City may reserve land and easements for a communications tower, access, utilities, and roads, and any net proceeds from the property’s sale will go to the City’s General Fund.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property on behalf of the City of Philadelphia to execute and deliver to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development, for nominal consideration, a deed conveying fee simple title to all or part of certain parcels of land with the buildings and improvements thereon located in the general vicinity of the intersection of Penrose Ferry Road and Fort Mifflin Road for further conveyance at fair market value, all under certain terms and conditions.
