The project must follow city requirements, obtain permits and approvals, and meet conditions covering maintenance, insurance, liability, property-owner consent, and removal if needed for a city construction project.

Authorizing the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, Office for Community Development, 222 N. 17th Street, Philadelphia, PA, 19103, to construct, own and maintain raised planter clusters atop the sidewalks of the 2400, 2500, and 2600 blocks of Kensington Avenue, under certain terms and conditions.
