This enacted ordinance authorizes Thomas Jefferson University and Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals, Inc. to construct, own, and maintain street signs, lighted bollards, bike racks, and trash receptacles on public sidewalks between Ninth and Eleventh Streets from Chestnut Street to Walnut Street as part of a campus improvement project. The organizations must obtain required permits and approvals, follow City rules, cover related costs and liabilities, and remove the installations and restore the area if the City provides notice for a municipal construction project.

Authorizing Thomas Jefferson University, 1020 Walnut Street, 6th Floor, Philadelphia, PA, 19107 and Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals, Inc., 111 S. 11th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107, to construct, own and maintain street signs, lighted bollards, bike racks, and trash receptacles from Chestnut Street to Walnut Street between Ninth Street and Eleventh Street as part of a campus site improvement project, under certain terms and conditions.
