The cafe may extend up to 6 feet 6 inches onto the sidewalk while leaving at least 9 feet 6 inches clear for pedestrians, and the business must obtain required permits, sign an agreement with the City, provide insurance and a bond, and follow other conditions.

Granting permission to Manpants LLC, owner of Johnny Brendas Tavern, tenant of the property 1201-03-05 Frankford Avenue and 109 E. Girard Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19125, to operate and maintain an open air sidewalk cafe on the northeast corner of Frankford Avenue & E. Girard Avenue, under certain terms and conditions.
